FLC Group has just appointed many senior personnel in the afternoon of October 11, 2019. Notably, two newly appointed female leaders are popular names in the financial – accounting field. They are Ms. Dang Thi Luu Van – former Permanent Deputy General Director of Sunshine Group, and Ms. Tran Thu Ha – Senior Audit Manager of Ernst & Young Vietnam.

Accordingly, Ms. Dang Thi Luu Van will hold the position of Head of Commercial Finance Division of FLC Group and Ms. Tran Thu Ha will be the Head of Accounting Division. These two new leaders used to hold senior positions in the field of finance and accounting at prestigious domestic and global corporations.

Ms. Dang Thi Luu Van graduated from United Business Institutes with a MBA Degree. She has 20 years of experience in finance. Before joining FLC Group, she took the position of Permanent Deputy General Director of Sunshine Group. Previously, she worked for many big banks such as Tien Phong Bank (Director of Head Office Business Center); SeaBank (Northern Director); Mizuho Corporate Bank (Executive Officer).

Ms. Tran Thu Ha – new Head of Accounting Division

Meanwhile, Ms. Tran Thu Ha, before joining FLC Group as the Head of Accounting Division had many years working for Mazars Vietnam or Ernst & Young Vietnam, ranking among Top 4 international auditing companies currently. At Ernst & Young Vietnam, she held the position of Senior Auditor Manager with over 10 years of experience in providing audit services to multinational corporations, FDI enterprises and listed companies in Vietnam. With extensive knowledge of Vietnamese and international auditing standards, Ms. Tran Thu Ha is a member of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA), and also a member of the Association of British Certified Public Accountants (ACCA).

At the new positions, the two female leaders appreciated the trust of FLC Group’s Board of Executives. Accordingly, they expressed their determination to make great effort to fulfill assigned responsibilities, contributing to sustainable development of FLC Group.

On the same day, FLC Group also appointed senior leaders in other departments, divisions and in member companies. Specifically, Mr. Dinh Thai Hiep was appointed to be the Project Finance Manager; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy to be the Acting Head of Foreign Affairs Division; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ba to be the Chief Accountant of Accounting Division.

At FLCHomes, a FLC Group’s real estate member company, Ms. Phung Thi Hai Van and Mr. Nguyen Hoai were appointed to hold the position of Deputy General Director.

Another senior leader, Mr. Nguyen Duc Cong will concurrently be a Member of the Board of Executives cum General Director of CFS Investment and Import Export Trading JSC; Deputy General Director of H.A.I Agrochem Joint Stock Company; Chairman and General Director of FLC Beverage Joint Stock Company; and General Director of FLC Stone Mining And Investment Joint Stock Company.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet – Chairman of Group believed the newly appointed senior leaders, with their capacity and experience, would make important contributions in organizational restructuring, capacity building of the management board, organizational consolidation to ultimately lead FLC Group to overcome challenges and reach new development heights.
